A meditation space within the retreat features a single, meticulously placed dark slate meditation cushion on a warm oak floor, aligned with a large floor-to-ceiling window that opens onto a tranquil, fog-kissed forest. In front of the cushion, a narrow black steel stand holds a tall, elegant sand timer and a small, unlit white candle. The early dawn light is soft and bluish, barely illuminating the interior and turning the forest into a gentle, diffused backdrop.
